Newsletter 23.4.21
Welcome back, hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather over the Easter period. Looks like we are in for another lovely weekend too. We have kicked off the new term with our inquiries into “Strategise for Success” and the children have been learning lots whilst having fun indoors and out. We are still in contained bubbles and will continue to have staggered start, finish and break times and blended learning Fridays until further notice. Data around COVID is getting better and better and it will hopefully not be long before we can start to mix again.
We have been planning how to continue with our usual, fun-packed Summer Term in a Covid-safe manner. So far we have planned a variety of events, the dates of which are below but the details will follow nearer the time as new guidance on the events emerge:
14-16th June 2021 – Y5/6 Camp at BF Adventure Germoe
16-18th June 2021 – Y5/6 Camp at BF Adventure Boskenwyn
5th July 2021 – Boskenwyn Sports Day
6th July 2021 – Germoe Sports Day
We are also planning a school performance via video link and a transition day for new classes, dates and further information will follow.
May 3rd is Bank Holiday Monday so there will be no school that day.
Please could we remind you to send your child to school with a water bottle, a coat and also sun cream, our weather is very interchangeable at the moment and the children love to learn outdoors.
