Our topic for the 1st term is Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. We will be looking at the reasons why the Anglo-Saxons came to England and how they helped shape the country. We will then look at why the Vikings invaded and the impact that this had on the country. There will then be time for the children to complete their own inquiry into an aspect of Anglo-Saxon and Viking history.
Our topic for the 2nd term is The Maya. We will be learning about The Maya and how they lived before an inquiry into rainforests.
